Volunteer Roles:
Food Inspector:
- Inspect and Sort: Examine donated and salvage food items to ensure they are safe for consumption.
- Recover and Repair: Improve packaging and fix labels to save items that might otherwise be discarded.
Sorter:
- Organize and Categorize: Move approved salvage products off the conveyor belt and place them into the correct categories.
